By making or submitting an appointment request, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions below.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. You help ensure we can serve all our clients as best as possible by showing up to them on time. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating schedule changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call to give us at least 24 hours' notice.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an appointment. If we cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible and offer you an 25% discount on your next service.
No Show Policy
If you no show for your appointment, without contacting the salon, you will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the service amount for your next appointment reservation.
What is I arrive late?
If you have to arrive late for your appointment, we give you a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We always try our best to accommodate you, but please understand rescheduling might needed.
What happens if I don’t love my hair?
We’re not happy if you’re not happy. We totally understand that sometimes small adjustments here and there may be needed to reach your hair goal. That’s why we’re always here to go above and beyond for your new look! So if you’re not fully loving your hair, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Contact us within 24 hours of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self. We genuinely want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
What about color?
Color services are available when a guest's hair is in good condition and does not exhibit signs of excessive breakage and damage. Guests should submit a picture via direct message of the current condition of hair as well as picture of the desired color.
Tamra Hair Talk reserves the right to refuse color services if hair is determined to be too fragile. In some cases, color may be discussed at a later date when hair is healthy.
What if I refer someone?
We invite you to take advantage of our THT referral program! Once you’ve come in to visit us, you are eligible to refer a friend and receive a special discount. Once your referral comes in for an appointment, you both receive $25 off your next service! Easy as that. So go ahead, invite your friends, coworkers, families, loved ones - and let us thank you with this special offer.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the limited amount of client information that is required for Tamra Hair Talk salon operations.
•We will not sell your information.
• We do not share your information with third-parties that are not part of Tamra Hair Talk business operations.
• Your information is stored in password protected systems.
• Information is kept as long as it is needed to provide services and operate the salon business.
• You may request changes to your personal information and messaging preferences at any time.
What is your Guest Policy?
Children that are not being serviced are not allowed in the salon at anytime. This policy is for insurance purposes, as well as for the comfort of each customer.
Unless your appointment includes situations where bring a guest (i.e., wedding/event consultation), please do not bring guests to your appointment due to limited space in suite. If you have any questions concerning the Guest Policy, please call the salon for support and/or assistance.
